Thunder on the Right by Mary Stewart
#1
Rose, a college professor, rents an “ivy tower” in Scotland and finds herself caught up in a mystery when two strangers seek shelter at the tower during a storm. As far as romances go, this was average. Relationships did not build up well and there were too many coincidences to push it along. As far as mystery and suspense go, this was also average. There was not enough intrigue or suspense. It was too obvious and again, too many coincidences.
