Ace Books by Lena Brooke Mcnamara (1973). The art is signed Bosch.

LENA BROOKE McNAMARA Pilgrim's End was originally published as ACE G-653 (1967; s'posedly a PBO with the "first in gothics" headline banner). The original art you have submitted is for the 2nd ACE printing (ACE 66381) in 1973.
