Crimson falcon by Sara Hylton
#1
I read this entertaining story as Finnish translation called Vienna blood. England, 1900. Lovely Englishwoman travels to Vienna to meet her Austrian relatives and give them back the gorgeous ruby necklace, the crimson falcon of the title. There is lovely romantic colour of late-Victorian England and Imperial Austria, gorgeous dresses, old castle surrounded by beautiful but dark forest, good villains as Satan-worshippers and cliched caracterization: femininity and lack of beauty bad, masculinity good. 8/10, recommended to the romantics.
