An 'Other/External Resources' Page?

Well done and thanks for creating an excellent forum!

I wondered whether it might be useful to have a section for people to list pertinent Internet resources? Maybe not a separate forum for this, but perhaps a thread in one of the other forums that can be pinned to the top of the page?
