A Blog? - Cherchezlafemme - 02-28-2011

Perhaps a blog should be added to GRF!? Interested members can blog about the genre and review the books, have giveaways, interview gothic romance authors, etc. It would do great wonders to curate this neglected genre. What about a Twitter or Facebook account?

Hello,

Thanks for the suggestion! We have pondered with the idea of a blog for some time, however we are unsure how much time we can allot to keeping the content fresh. If forum members are willing to contribute content to make it a collaborative effort then it might be a workable idea. Smile

We have a Twitter account: http://twitter.com/GothicRomance

Pardon my ignorance, but doesn't this forum itself already allow for those things? What would a blog (apart from a different visual layout) offer that the forum doesn't?

(I'm not saying a blog isn't a good idea, just wondering what the difference would be.)
